Most pages here at Mathematics Online contain MathML (Mathematics Markup Language). For more
information about MathML, you can visit World Wide Web
Consortium,
the organization that creates and sets the web standards and guidelines. HTML, XML, MathML are some of those standards.
Microsoft Internet Explorer does not display MathML natively, but there are free addons
from highly reputable sources that can be installed which enable it to display MathML. One of the
most popular and widely used is Mathplayer from Design Science.
Mathplayer can be downloaded and installed for free from
here.
While Firefox displays MathML natively, it requires additional fonts to be installed.
The fonts can be downloaded and installed for free from
MIT. You can download
the fonts from
here.
My favorite is Microsoft Internet Explorer with Mathplayer installed. And I recomend
it to every one.
